Honestly I was shocked how the reviews turned out, I loved this place and would recommend this place if u don’t want to spend money on a known place on the strip. It’s close to many restaurants and local stores, some are walking distance, even retail stores. There was a Ross across from the parking lot and I forgot my crocs at home so Ross literally saved my life. It’s in a perfect location. It’s also free parking!!!! Which is shocking to me, it’s a kinda first come first serve type thing but there is also a parking lot next door but it’s for the retail stores but I seen many people park there over night. There was a review where it said dirty halls but my experience was nothing like that, it was clean and I felt safe because there is a lot of staff working back and fourth. Only way to get into the hotel since there is a casino is a key card and there is security walking back and fourth across the casino and elevator area. It was difficult to find the pool but if u like exploring then u would find it (it’s next to the Dunkin’ Donuts) only way to use it if ur a hotel guest which u use the keycard, have to go thru 2 doors to get to the pool. The pool isn’t so deep so it’s can be safe for kids 5’5 and taller, no lifeguard which it’s ok because the kids do need to be supervised by parents, many signs at the pool area. The hot tub is cool couldn’t figure out how to use the bubbles but it’s ok, there’s a separate little rinse off area to clean off the chlorine which I think it’s useful, also a bathroom located near by so that we changed in so we don’t have to walk across the casino wet. The room was clean, bed was clean which I felt so comfortable with. It’s a spring bed which didn’t bother me. There was another review that said it’s out dated but I don’t understand how because it actually fits the vibe of it, when I think of Arizona I think of old town and cowboys so I think it goes with it. Staff was nice. View was nice at the room I was located at.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean, we had a coffee maker and mini-fridge, and the staff was friendly. I saw workers cleaning walls, door knobs, and floors frequently. Our room was cleaned daily, no housekeeping issues. The pool was small but nice. The hot tub was perfect!! Hot hot hot with great bubbles just the way I love it! Pool area was quiet with hardly any other people every time I used it. They have 4 restaurants, we ate at PT Express a few times and it was really good. Dunkin Donuts always had fresh yummy donuts and coffee. One of the workers is a coffee making machine!! Super fast and efficient!! I didn't catch her name, but if you see her work you will know exactly who I am referring to! It is an older casino but machines seem up to date. I talked to a few locals and they said when they want a getaway or to gamble, they go to Arizona Charlie's.

I liked it the cleanliness smell good. Bathroom was clean, there was only two face towels, and two hand towels and one bath towel for two people . They have plenty of toilet paper & tissue paper and the beds were hard as a rock. It was so hard to get comfortable in the beds.I was basically there for leisure not really for gambling but for the most part R&R and swimming the jacuzzi . Was excellent. worth the wait. The front desk reception ladies were awesome. I booked it on bookings.com she jus5 asked for my phone number. They already had my reservation. Didn't have to travel too far from the elevator to the room and the security was awesome.

The rooms were large. Check in/out was easy. It's a local's spot so there's lots of access to grocery's , fast food, etc in the immediate 3 mile radius. Also, you're not being overly taxed like the strip hotels/casinos that keep you stuck not knowing what's out there. Staff here was so personable, friendly, and easygoing. Good bingo hall, machines treated me nicely. Interior is outdated, but for the cost you cannot be picky.

Charles

The front desk ladies were very customer friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay great. What I didn’t like was I was told to lock my 4,000 electric bicycle outside because I couldn’t keep it in my room and someone cut my lock in 4 places and stole my bike and nothing was done on there designated bike rack on camera very disgusted…
